POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
CANCELLATION POLICIES
All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service price, and 100% for no-shows.
Due to the dedication and commitment each appointment requires, we can not guarantee to accommodate late clients. Contact us to reschedule your appointment. Clients beyond 20-minutes late without contacting the studio will be considered a no-show.
FAMILY EMERGENCY POLICY
We understand family comes first. We offer a one-time allowance of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for a family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our materials and services, we do not offer refunds for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your completed appointment time. We offer a complimentary 40-minute touch up to fix any concerns you may have. After 72 hours, correction services will be charged at full price.
